Richmond
This model design was inspired by the homes of Richmond Hill in Ontario. This custom home in Richmond Hill incorporates many modern luxury features. Such as large ceiling-to-floor glass windows, large balconies, modern steel facades, modern wood accent walls and ceilings, modern lighting, and a lot of greenery to compliment.
Minimalist Aesthetic:
The house exhibits a minimalist design philosophy, characterized by clean lines, a monochromatic color palette, and an uncluttered appearance. This simplicity in design emphasizes the structure's form and materials.
Mixed Materials:
The facade incorporates a mix of materials, including glass, steel, and wood. This combination creates visual interest and contrast. The glass elements allow for ample natural light and transparency, steel provides modernity and strength, while wood adds warmth and a natural touch to the design.
Large Windows:
The presence of large windows is a significant feature, allowing for an abundance of natural light to penetrate the interior spaces. These windows also facilitate a strong indoor-outdoor connection, making the surrounding landscape a part of the home's aesthetic.
Outdoor Living Spaces:
The design includes outdoor living areas, such as a private garden and a patio area for outdoor dining in the backyard. These spaces are designed for relaxation and entertainment, extending the home's living areas to the outdoors.
